(DEC 16) On December 14th, in Tokyo, Japan,  Emiko Raika, of Japan, won a 10-round unanimous decision over Terri Blair of the United States.  WBAN has not received any details as to the scoring or details of this bout.  Raika won the WIBA lightweight world title.
