Teampalle announced today, that Vinni
Skovgaard will make her pro debut on their next show at Falconer
Centret in Copenhagen on 23rd February. According to the press
release, Vinni Skovgaard has signed up with Henrik Palm, a former
European Champion and protégé of Mogens Palle, now a successful
businessman owning a chain of fitness centres.
Skovgaard finished a very successful amateur career in the fall of
2006 as reigning Danish, EU and European champion in the light
welterweight division. Bettina Palle is in the process of finding a
suitable opponent for Vinni Skovgaards debut as a pro, and also
plans to include her on the Kessler vs Andrade card on 24th March,
providing Vinni Skovgaard avoids injuries in her pro debut.
