(DEC 20)  According to Boxrec, on Saturday night in Guanajuato, Mexico, there was a WBC Youth Bantamweight title on the line for a fight between veteran female boxer Zulina Munoz, 25-1-2 (19KO), of Mexico City, vs. pro debuter Patricia Ordonez, of Mexico City that took place at the Palenque de la Feria, in Guanajuato, Mexico.  Both boxers are 23 years old.

My question is this:  How does a pair of 23-year-old women qualify for a Youth title?  Isn't someone in their 20's considered an adult?  And even if that were not the case, why would a boxer as Munoz qualify for a "Youth" title when she has fought for 5-6 years. Munoz began boxing in March of 2005.   

In addition---prior to this fight that took place last night, Munoz appears to have fought for regular world and other named titles throughout the years.....Check out her long history of title bouts.

Lastly....how does one that has not one recorded professional boxing bout as Ordonez---and is not rated get an opportunity to fight for ANY title? Especially being matched with a much more experienced veteran boxer as  Munoz?  Who made this match in the first place?  

The fact that Ordonez only lasted 1:34 seconds of the first round and stopped by TKO only adds more credence to the suspicion that this fight was in all probability a mismatch.
