(APR 16) According to Internet News sources, a huge fight on the horizon is set to happen on June 1, 2019.  Katie Taylor, 13-0-0 (6KO)of Bray, Ireland, is set to unify the lightweight division that will include the IBF, WBC, WBA and WBO titles when she faces Delfine Persoon, 43-1-0 (18 KO).

Taylor who has remained undefeated thus far as a pro will take on one of the toughest foes in the sport, with Persoon only suffering one loss throughout her boxing career as a professional.

The venue for this tremendous fight will be at the Madison Square Garden, in New York, New York. 

This will be Persoon's second fight for 2019.  Persoon fought Melissa St. Vil winning by an RTD in the seventh round.

This will also be her second fight this year, after fighting on March 15, 2019 against Rose Volante in a fierce competition where Taylor ended the bout in the ninth round by TKO.

The fight will be featured on the undercard of heavyweight superstar Anthony Joshua's brawl with Jarred 'Big Baby' Miller.
