There was a significant weight difference between Holewyne and Bell-Drexel, whereas Holewyne initially weighed in at 148 lbs, and Bell-Drexel came in at 165! In the State of Washington, they have an 11-pound weight difference, so apparently Holewyne readily drank lots of water, wore all of her clothes, and then weighed in at 154 lbs. In the fight, Bell-Drexel tried to utilize her weight to her advantage, leaning and pushing, and in the early part of the fight Holewyne had some trouble, but once Holewyne got into her rhythm, she picked Bell-Drexel apart, most often with her right, either in close with an uppercut or simply an overhand.
