(JAN 9) The press conference was held
today at the Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the
IBA Heavyweight Championship Continental Belt fight
between Willy Chapman 21-28-4 and Carlos Barnett
10-1-0.
Featured on the undercard will be a
lightweight women's fight between Layla McCarter 27-13-5 and Cindy
Serrano 15-1-1. All rounds will be three minutes in duration for
this bout.
Both women said they were looking forward to the fight
and expressed a mutual admiration and respect for each
others talent in the ring and promised an exciting and
active fight on Friday night.
